Our project coaching is an interactive and person-oriented process of intervening and giving fresh impetus
in order to support a major or international project in order to support a major or international project and also to optimize processes in mergers and acquisitions.
Every project is a social construct with its own communication patterns and relevant environments. Our psychodynamic-systemic process facilitation supports those involved in the project from a multidisciplinary meta-perspective. For the individual project member, this means intensive reflection of his/her role in the
project. For Project Management, this means additional support in selecting appropriate tools and structures to
run the project and in avoiding potential conflicts or delays in the course of the project.
