Supervision is perfectly well suited to check the efficiency of the client´s professional acting for appropriateness considering the prevailing circumstances at the time and to enhance efficiency where applicable. This practice-oriented investigation process can be used for individuals, teams, or even entire systems. It focuses on the result of vocational work, on the people involved, on their working relations and organizations, on collaboration and leadership, on overall conditions, and on the social context. In a nutshell: It means reflection-driven work in order to assess the quality of the client´s vocational acting.
